Compare the chart sizes to the measurements you have.  The Torso measurement is an all round measurement,from one shoulder down the front under the crutch and up the back to the same shoulder.

Returning Goods

Returning Goods
Standard full priced products (excluding customised garments) come with a no quibble refund or exchange policy valid for 10 days from the date you receive the goods. Items purchased for Xmas presents will be returnable up to 10 days after Xmas.  Simply return the goods in the condition in which they were sent, to the address shown on the invoice and in accordance with your request we will exchange or refund the value of the items in full. Customised items are non-refundable under any circumstances and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the correct size and information is given at the time of placing your order. Sale goods are normally end of ranges which we are selling off and therefore we do not refund on these items. If we have the size you require still in stock then we will exchange or offer an alternative. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Faulty goods
Check the packaging to see if it has been damaged in the post. Please return all items including the packaging to us at the address on your invoice by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will then refund you the postage and send you replacement goods.

Incorrect Size/Item
If the size is incorrect please return the goods and packaging in the condition in which they were sold and we will replace with the correct size. Send us a note stating your name, address invoice number and requirements to PO Box 50 Cullompton Exeter EX15 1WZ. Postage and packaging will have to be paid on exchanges where necessary.

Card Payments
Card payments can be made by the following cards on the website: Mastercard, Visa, & Debit Cards, Solo& Maestro via Protx. You will be transferred at checkout. 
You can also pay by phone using credit/debit cards by calling 01884 266226. When you give us details of your credit/debit card by phone they are only used when the order is processed. See security Policy for more details.

Cheques
If you wish to pay by cheque, please make a note of the items you wish to purchase and contact us with your order details by telephone or email.

We do not encourage cash payment through the post but if you need to do this please ensure that it is sent via a secure and insured means.

Security Of Information

Credit Card payments are made independently through Protx a secure payment method. You will be transferred to Protx when you have completed your order and payment will be taken by them.
Once we have used the information to take payment for your order the information is destroyed. This is the same for orders sent by fax or telephone.  We do not recommend that you send card details by e-mail for your own security.
A Star Leotards collects the minimum information required to process your order. The personal information collected e.g. name, address, e-mail is stored on our protected and secure server.
We may occasionally use the information to inform you of a promotion or new products. We offer you the opportunity to decline the receipt of such correspondence when you place your order on-line.
WE DO NOT allow the information to be used for any purpose outside A Star Leotards and do not sell or pass Customer base information on to any third parties.
Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

The table shows delivery costs with regards to the value of your order to a specific location.  It will help you work out the total cost of you purchase before you get to the shopping bag.  You will be asked for your delivery address and this will confirm the price in

Normal orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on the time of year and how busy we are. Orders received in November - early December will be dispatched in time for Xmas. Custom leotards have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.  If you have a deadline please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will try and help. For out of stock items or changes to our normal delivery times we will contact you with available options.
