We are launching an exciting new experience day where you can come to A Star HQ, meet the team and create your own leotard and t-shirt to take home with you at the end of the day!
The day runs from 9.30am at our factory in Devon, EX15 2AU. We will book up to 6 participants and stagger your start time so you each get 1-to-1 time with the team to work on your design. The cost for the day is £150 and includes 1x leotard of your design and 1x A Star t-shirt along with the experience of helping the team make your very own, bespoke leotard!
What to expect from the day:
Beforehand, we will send you several designs to choose from so we can have the pattern ready to go when you arrive. On arrival, we will welcome you to the factory and introduce you to the team, show you around and ask you to try on a leotard so we can be sure of you’re a Star size.
Next, we will invite you to pick your fabrics! We will give you swatches of your choices so you can be sure they work well together. Then the fun begins…you will follow your leotard around the factory! Watching it be cut on our hi-tech laser machine, helping the team stick the fabrics together and seeing our skilled seamstresses make up your leotard.
If you choose to add some sparkle, you can place gems onto your leotard for the team to fix in place.
You will also be given the chance to create a bespoke t-shirt. You can pick the vinyl colours and font and work with our print team to make your own top!
Once you’ve got all your goodies made, you will be invited to take part in a fun photoshoot and, with parental consent, we will share your creation with the world on our social media pages!
