When you place an order with us, our team handmake and pack your delivery in our warehouse in Devon. We pride ourselves on limiting our carbon footprint wherever possible. Over the last few years, we have been using biodegradable packaging on over 90% of our parcels. We hand-wrap your items in tissue paper and send them in recyclable, carboard packaging. We are always looking for new ways to be an eco-friendly company.
We offer 2 postal services to all UK addresses. First class royal mail, this often arrives next day but cannot be tracked or guaranteed. We also offer Special Delivery which is a Royal Mail service that guarantees your item is with you by 1 o’clock the next working day after it has been dispatched. We would recommend this service if you need your item quickly for an event or a gift.
EU Delivery
There are 3 different options for European deliveries but not all are available in all countries. When you select a country for delivery at checkout the options for the Country will appear. The options are:
International Standard – delivery Via Royal Mail to normally arrive within 5 working days after dispatch.
International Tracked – delivery via Royal Mail to normally arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
International Tracked and signed for – delivery via Royal Mail to normally arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of the World Delivery
If you are ordering an item to be shipped to Canada, USA, Norway, Iceland or Denmark your parcel may be subject to an importation tax on arrival into your country. A Star is not responsible for this charge. Please check your local rules before ordering.
