If your order is in stock we will dispatch this within 2 working days. If we need to make your order, our leadtimes are 21-28 days. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM FOR AN EVENT OR BIRTHDAY PLEASE ADD A COMMENT AT CHECKOUT OR CALL US TO ENSURE WE KNOW THIS. All delivery guidelines apply after dispatch. Custom leotards that are bespoke items made for a club, own designs or A Star designs that you have customised normally have a lead time of 4-6 weeks unless advised. If you have a deadline please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will try and help. For out of stock items or changes to our normal delivery times we will contact you with available options. You can track your order using the enquiry form in the Contact Us section of the website, however if you fail to receive your goods then either e-mail us at info@astar.uk.com or telephone Customer Services on 01884 266226.

UK Delivery

We offer 4 services to UK addresses.

First class royal mail, this often arrives within 1 – 2 working days after despatch but cannot be tracked or guaranteed. The above service is not guaranteed to arrive with in the time mentioned, this is the time we advise for delivery after we have made the item.

We also offer Special Delivery which is a Royal Mail service that guarantees your item is with you by 1 o’clock the next working day after it has been despatched.

Courier delivery is an option for larger orders or ones you want more delivery information, and will arrive 1-2 working days after despatch. We would recommend these services if you need your item quickly for an event or a gift.

The final option is to visit us to Collect your item free of charge from our factory at Unit 4 Kingsford Rural Business Centre Kentisbeare, Exeter, Devon EX15 2AU

EU Delivery

There are 3 different options for European deliveries but not all are available in all countries. When you select a country for delivery at checkout the options for the Country will appear. The options are:

International Standard – delivery Via Royal Mail to normally arrive within 5 working days after dispatch but this cannot be guaranteed.

International Tracked – delivery via Royal Mail to normally arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch but this cannot be guaranteed.

International Tracked and signed for – delivery via Royal Mail to normally arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch but this cannot be guaranteed.

A Star cannot accept responsibility for any local tax charges on arrival into your country. Prompt payment of these charges will ensure a smooth delivery.

Rest of the World Delivery

If you are ordering an item to be shipped to another country your parcel may be subject to an importation tax on arrival into your country. A Star is not responsible for this charge. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Please Note: Parcels being sent to part of the USA and Canada may be sent using a courier for customs reasons. Your contact details will be passed onto our trusted courier so they can update you on the progress of your delivery.

This cookie determines new sessions and visits and expires after 30 minutes. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. Any activity by a user within the 30 minute life span will count as a single visit, even if the user leaves and then returns to the site. A return after 30 minutes will count as a new visit, but a returning visitor.
__utmc	session	This is one of the four main cookies set by the Google Analytics service which enables website owners to track visitor behaviour and measure site performance. It is not used in most sites but is set to enable interoperability with the older version of Google Analytics code known as Urchin. In this older versions this was used in combination with the __utmb cookie to identify new sessions/visits for returning visitors. When used by Google Analytics this is always a Session cookie which is destroyed when the user closes their browser. Where it is seen as a Persistent cookie it is therefore likely to be a different technology setting the cookie.
__utmt	10 minutes	This cookie is set by Google Analytics. According to their documentation it is used to throttle the request rate for the service - limiting the collection of data on high traffic sites. It expires after 10 minutes.
__utmv	2 years	This is an optional addtional cookie set by the Google Analytics service which enables website owners to track visitor behaviour and measure site performance. This cookie is used when site owners create custom visitor-level variables for customising what can be measured. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. It has a default lifespan of two years, although this can be customised by site owners.
__utmz	6 months 2 days	This is one of the four main cookies set by the Google Analytics service which enables website owners to track visitor behaviour measure of site performance. This cookie identifies the source of traffic to the site - so Google Analytics can tell site owners where visitors came from when arriving on the site. The cookie has a life span of 6 months and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.
