Standard full priced products (excluding customised garments/Custom Club Kit) come with a no quibble refund or exchange policy valid for 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Items purchased for Christmas presents will be returnable up to 10 days after Xmas. Simply return the goods in the condition in which they were sent, with the labels attached, to the address shown on the invoice and in accordance with your request we will exchange or refund the value of the items in full. Please ensure you have included a return address, contact number and order number on the cover letter.
We do not exchange/refund Club Kit and ask you to re-sell the item within the club if you purchase the wrong item / size.
Customised items/bespoke club items are non-refundable under any circumstances and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the correct size and information is given at the time of placing your order.
Sale goods are normally end of ranges which we are selling off and therefore we do not refund on these items. If we have the size you require still in stock then we will exchange or offer an alternative. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We aim to deliver goods to you of a very high standard but if we do not achieve this then we will deal with the problem as quickly as possible. Please check the packaging to see if it has been damaged in the post. Please return all items including the packaging to us at the address on your invoice by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will then refund you the postage and send you replacement goods.
If the size is incorrect please return the goods and packaging in the condition in which they were sold and we will replace with the correct size. Send us a note stating your name, address, invoice number and contact number to PO Box 50 Cullompton Exeter EX15 1WZ. Postage and packaging will have to be paid on exchanges where necessary.
